There are four different grades/price points of fabric: 1, 2, 3, & 5 (No, we don't offer grade 4.) Grade 1 is most economical and grade 5 most expensive.

Unlike most of the industry, we manufacture our sectionals from a seated position rather than facing. Be sure to use the catalog page diagrams when ordering to ensure the configuration you want is accurately manufactured.
Premier: Our standard foam is a bio hybrid product called Renew, manufactured using Soy-based polyols. This is the foam used in our seating as well as the mattress for the premier comfort sleeper. It allows us to use a fully recyclable product in our foam seating, as opposed to traditional polyurethane foam.
Gel: The base foam in the gel mattress is also the same materia as the premierl, with 1 inch of gel memory foam on top. As you are likely aware, gel foam is a breathable product that allows air to circulate away from the body, and offers a cooler sleeping experience for the user.
Tempur-Pedic: the mattress is provided to us by Tempur-pedic and is a full depth of their material. The most comparable mattress the consumer would find in the bedding department would be their Cloud Supreme.
At this time, American Leather frames are only available in the shown configurations on each style's catalog page. Nearly all frames are available as sofas, loveseats, chairs, ottomans and sectionals. We're unable to modify frames to specific sizes, bases, or seat height and depth. However, this is where I can be of assistance! Should your client want something specific, please reach out to me and I might be able to suggest other options that could suit their needs.
