Our trusted trade showroom partners in Washington, DC and Richmond, VA offer a fully immersive American Leather experience—from our complete library of leather and fabric swatches to an extensive selection of reclining, sleep, and stationary designs. Their expert teams serve as an exceptional resource for clients to sit-test and engage with our craftsmanship in person.

When you partner with a showroom, you receive the same exclusive trade pricing as working directly with the factory, along with full-service logistics, receiving, and warranty support handled seamlessly on your behalf.

If a trade showroom is not available in your area, or if you prefer to work directly with American Leather, please apply through the Trade Partner Application. A valid resale certificate is required for approval.

ACCOUNT EXPECTATIONS
Independent accounts must have the ability to receive and inspect product at a commercial receiving facility and assist in facilitating service-related claims. 

If a designer or client visits an authorized American Leather retail partners to view product or finish options, we kindly request that the purchase be completed through that established partner. Many American Leather retailers also offer their own trade programs.

Enjoy complimentary memo swatches, up to ten per project, across our complete fabric and leather portfolio. Full swatch collections may be purchased for $2,000 in either hanging or grommet presentation. Wood and metal finish samples are available with an initial opening order.

INDUSTRY LEADING

American Leather’s manufacturing lead time is two weeks for Comfort Sleeper®, and three weeks for all other products. Freight transit times vary by destination.

Design & Trade pricing reflects a 50% discount off published MSRP. Freight is calculated at a flat 10% of the total order value and applies to delivery at a commercial receiving facility. American Leather publishes cost, retail, and MRP* price lists for applicable collections.
