We proudly partner with a dedicated trade showroom in Richmond, VA, where you can explore our complete library of wood and fabric swatches, as well as a full selection of lounging, dining, and accessory essentials. Their expert team is an invaluable resource for clients to experience Jensen Outdoors firsthand through sit-testing and in-person product review.

Working through a trade showroom provides the same preferred pricing as ordering directly from the factory, with the added benefit of full-service logistics coordination, receiving, and warranty support handled seamlessly by their team.

ACCOUNT EXPECTATIONS

Independent trade accounts must have the ability to receive and inspect shipments at a commercial receiver and assist with any service-related claims should they occur.

In respect for our retail partners, we ask that any designer or client who visits a retail location to view product or finish options completes their purchase through that retailer, many of whom offer their own trade benefits.

LEAD TIME

Most Jensen collections are stocked at our Richmond, VA warehouse, with fresh inventory received weekly from our factories. Cushion covers are expertly sewn on-site in Richmond with an estimated four-week lead time. Orders are available for weekday pickup, or can ship in less than one week.
