ACCOUNT EXPECTATIONS

Independent accounts must have the ability to receive and inspect product at a commercial receiving facility and assist with the coordination of any service-related claims, should they arise.

Out of respect for our retail partners, we kindly request that if you or your client visit one of our authorized retailers to view product or finish options, all purchasing be completed through that established partner. Many of our retail partners also offer their own dedicated trade programs.

Enjoy complimentary memo swatches—up to 10 per project—across our material offerings. Complete wood, sintered stone, and fabric swatch collections may be purchased for $100.

 

LEAD TIMES

Copeland’s standard production lead time is currently 13 weeks. A curated selection of Quick Ship items is available in approximately 4 weeks with a 5% upcharge. Freight transit averages about 2 weeks from Vermont to the DMV area.

Design & Trade pricing is 50% off published MSRP. Styline can ship to a commercial receiver or provide White Glove Delivery as needed.
